Insurance
Dental insurance works differently from medical insurance, and many patients aren’t fully aware of how their dental benefits function. Coverage details are determined by the plan your employer arranges with the insurance provider. Reviewing the benefits booklet or summary supplied by your employer is the best way to understand what your plan includes and what portion of treatment costs it may cover. The amount your plan contributes toward a procedure will vary based on the coverage your employer has selected.
Before your treatment, we will provide an estimated insurance contribution using the information available from your insurance company. Please keep in mind that this figure is only an estimate—not a guarantee of payment or eligibility. As a courtesy, our team will submit all insurance claims on your behalf; however, the financial responsibility for your care ultimately remains with you. If the insurance company pays more or less than anticipated, your account will be adjusted accordingly, either with a balance due or a credit if an overpayment occurs.
If you have any questions about insurance, payment expectations, or financing options, we encourage you to reach out prior to your appointment. We're here to help you understand your options and feel confident about your care.
