First Visit

We’re excited to welcome new patients to our practice and want your first visit to be as comfortable and stress-free as possible. To help us get started, please plan to arrive a few minutes early to complete any necessary forms, including your medical and dental health history and financial information.

If you take daily medications, please continue to take them as prescribed unless instructed otherwise. However, avoid taking any pain medication for at least 4–6 hours before your appointment so we can properly assess your condition.

What to Bring

To ensure a smooth visit, please bring the following:

  • Your dental insurance card
  • A written referral or any recent x-rays from your dentist (if applicable)
  • A list of your current medications

What to Expect

Your first visit will include a comprehensive examination and review of your dental and medical history. If needed, we’ll take diagnostic x-rays to thoroughly evaluate your case and develop a personalized treatment plan. Your oral surgeon will explain your diagnosis, discuss any recommended procedures and sedation options, and answer all your questions to ensure you feel informed and comfortable with your care.

If you have a medical condition such as diabetes, high blood pressure, rheumatic fever, artificial joints, or heart valves, please let us know before your appointment. If you require antibiotics prior to dental procedures, contact our office ahead of time for guidance.

All patients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

We’re honored that you’ve chosen us for your oral surgery care. Our team is committed to providing compassionate, individualized treatment in a safe and welcoming environment.
