Timothy Leung, DMD, MD
Dr. Timothy Leung is a graduate of the University of Toronto School of Public Health (MPH), the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine (DMD) and Weill Cornell Medical College (MD). He received training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and general surgery from the New York Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medical Center, where he also served as Chief Resident in the Department of Dentistry, Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Dr. Leung is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He is currently a Clinical Assistant Professor of Surgery at Weill Cornell Medicine and Assistant Attending Surgeon at New York Presbyterian Hospital. His interests include the full scope of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery with an emphasis on dental implantology, dentoalveolar surgery, office based anesthesia, and orthognathic/corrective jaw surgery.
Dr. Leung practices in both Scarsdale and Yonkers.
Dr. Jason Lee
Jason Lee, DDS was born and raised in Syosset, New York. Dr. Lee went to University of Rochester where he completed his undergraduate education in Chemistry, followed by a year of research at National Institutes of Health as a Intramural Research Training Award recipient. He then went to University of Pennsylvania for a Masters degree in Bioengineering. Dr. Lee completed dental school at Columbia University and went on to Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency at New York Medical College.
During residency, Dr. Lee gained extensive training and experience in the full scope of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery including dentoalveolar surgery, implantology, facial trauma and reconstruction, temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorders and corrective jaw surgery.
Outside of work, Dr. Lee enjoys spending time with his wife, their son, and expecting their next child very soon! Dr. Lee and his family currently reside in Scarsdale and are active members of the community. Some of his interests include hiking, golfing, traveling and eating at new restaurants.
Dr. Eunsu Jung
Dr. Jung received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of California, Los Angeles. He completed his oral and maxillofacial surgery internship and residency at NYC Health + Hospitals/Woodhull in Brooklyn, New York. Dr. Jung received comprehensive training in the full scope of the specialty, including dentoalveolar surgery, implantology, facial trauma and reconstruction, maxillofacial pathology, temporomandibular joint surgery, and orthognathic surgery. Dr. Jung has extensive experience from both private clinical practice and academic settings, with a strong background in teaching. His current clinical practice focuses on dentoalveolar surgery, bone grafting, pathology, and implantology.
Evan Chafitz, DMD
Evan Chafitz, D.M.D. was raised in Queens, NYC, graduated from the Bronx High School of Science in 1983, and received his Bachelors of science in biology from SUNY at Albany in 1987 graduating Cum laude. Dr. Chafitz received his DMD degree in 1991 from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. Immediately following graduation from Dental school he entered the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery program at Metropolitan Hospital Center, New York Medical College in NYC. Dr. Chafitz completed his residency in 1995 and entered private practice.
Due to his interest in educational training, and his clinical and academic skills, Dr. Chafitz was asked to remain on the teaching staff at Metropolitan Hospital Center following the completion of his residency. Subsequent to this he has expanded his responsibilities at the New York Medical College, achieving the level of assistant professor.
He is the former section chief at both Metropolitan Hospital Center in NYC and Our Lady of Mercy in the Bronx. Dr. Chafitz is also the former associate program director of the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Residency at New York Medical College. He still maintains an appointment at NY medical college and frequently lectures to the Oral & Maxillofacial Surgical residents.
Dr. Chafitz’ training provided extensive experience in all aspects of oral surgery including bone grafting, implants and anesthesia. Dr. Chafitz is a Board Certified Surgeon, a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, and a fellow of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. Dr. Chafitz’ practice has evolved into a full scope office based practice with a particular focus on Dental implants, bone grafting, and Cat scan guided surgeries. He prides himself on his merging of years of surgical experience, his thirst for continued knowledge, and his ability to incorporate cutting edge technology in his treatment of surgical patients.
Dr. Chafitz has lived near to the office for the past 11 years which has afforded him the opportunity to be available to his patients at all times. He still finds time to be active in his community and spends a great deal of time with his family enjoying golf, watching sports and pursuing his love of classic cars.

Heather Fugazy, DDS
Dr. Heather Fugazy was born and raised in Westchester County. She grew up in Yorktown Heights and attended The Ursuline School in New Rochelle. After graduating from Villanova University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics in 2010, she earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at New York University’s College of Dentistry in 2015. Following dental school Dr. Fugazy completed a General Practice Residency at Westchester Medical Center where she discovered her love of and talent for Oral Surgery. She graduated from the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Program at Westchester Medical Center through New York Medical College in 2020. In addition to extraction and implantology she gained considerable experience in facial trauma, cosmetic procedures, anesthesia and orthognathic surgery during her time in the Oral and Maxillofacial surgery program.
When she is not seeing patients, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their two children. She loves to travel, golf, take spin classes, baking and finding interesting restaurants for dining out.
